Thoughts about Haus.me.homes?

I've been pondering about the possibility of creating unique experiences for STR in exotic locations such as a mountain top or a near a lake. My theory is that it would be expensive to acquire one or build one and in some places not possible to build at all. On that note, I was looking at Haus me homes which builds self-sustaining homes. You can find more info @ https://haus.me/

Has anyone looked at them? What are your thoughts about them?

Couldn't agree more! What I meant was on the lake and with access to the lake
