Buying new STR needing advice
I am currently purchasing 5 short term rentals that are already well established. The current owners do all the booking by phone and have a website, but do no online booking whatsoever. I wanted to know what is the most efficient way to list my properties over multiple platforms AirBNB, VRBO, etc., and have them synced to one calendar. Also what software or system do you use to track sales tax? We own a heating and air company so the only thing I'm familiar with is Quickbooks which may be overkill for this situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Every time I list to Craigslist, it gets deleted. I have been a landlord/realtor for 20 years and I know I'm not violating any TOS. I think it's competitors flagging it. That's been frustrating because it used to be a good tool for listings.
