Best Use For Vacant Waterfront Property

Hey everyone! New to BP and this is my first post. A partner and I bought a waterfront building lot on a large navigable river in Eastern Ontario (Canada) about 3 months ago just as a buy and hold appreciation play as there are very few lots like this available. The lot is about 1/4 of an acre and has a large 100’ well built dock. We are looking for ideas generate some income from this lot. The more passive the better, we aren’t looking to get rich on it, just enough to pay the taxes would be fine! We tossed around the idea of a floating home on the dock to Air BnB since our county will not allow camper trailers on building lots. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I like your idea of the floating AirBnBs as that makes for a unique experience that AirBnB people would probably be interested in booking.  Good luck
