Deceased person's property in your STR?

Friday night I saw a person laying on the ground outside some STR apartments. I called the police. Police, fire and ambulance showed up. They took him away in an ambulance. This morning some of my renters called me and wanted me to do a welfare check on one of their co-workers that was renting from me. He was staying at the apartment where I saw the person laying on the ground outside. I unlocked the back door and saw all his things were there but he was not. The front door was unlocked. I told the people that called me that I suspected the person that left in the ambulance was their co-worker in the apartment. They called me back later and said he was deceased. He's from Florida.

What do I do with all his personal things? I don't know if his family is going to travel halfway across the U.S. just to get his clothes. 6 of his co-workers are staying in a 50 yard radius of where the deceased was staying. Maybe they'll claim his property? What would you do?  The last time this happened, the deceased person had no family.  So we just washed his clothes and donated them.
