Hi,

I’m new to BP! I’d love some feedback from anyone who owns property in San Antonio and/or Phoenix and rents them as short term rentals.

Do you use mainstream sites like Airbnb and vrbo?

If so, or not, what are the pain points you experience?

Me and a group of friends agree with the thesis that working remotely is largely here to stay post-Covid and that lower cost markets may gain in popularity for digital nomads.

Anyonealready targeting this demo and seeing (not seeing) success?
