What's your current stance on the STR Market in Houston, TX?

Hi there, 

What is your current stance on the short-term rental market in Houston, TX? I recently moved from Virginia where I successfully ran short-term rentals in a military city and want to get into it down here in Houston. I use sites such as AirDNA and wheelhouse to search up market data, but it seems a lot of the properties in Houston have been shut down. Therefore, I wanted to come on here to get views from hosts, co-hosts, and STR property managers in the Houston area. Thanks in advance!
