Hi all. I just sold a property and am executing a 1031 exchange. I am interested in a vacation rental in the Deep Creek Lake, MD area. I need to start analyzing deals and would love to chat with an investor that own vacation rentals in the area. If you own a property there as a rental, can you please reply. I would love to pick your brain on rates, timeline windows, PMs etc....
