Bali - Looking for Info

I currently live in Bali. Does anyone here have experience doing any sort of RE investing here? 

I am am considering trying to start a portfolio of properties here but haven’t dug into the opportunities here yet. I only have investments in the US right now. 

Demand has totally dried up here and hotels and villas are listing for sale at much lower valuations. I am looking to hear from anyone that has done investing here or considering it. PM me or reply here. Thanks.
