Airbnb in Long Beach/San Pedro/Lakewood/Redondo
I plan on house-hacking a duplex in Long Beach/Lakewood/Redondo/San Pedro.
I read that in Long Beach, Airbnb is allowed only if the property is owner occupied. Is this true?
I am also considering finding a duplex in Lakewood/Redondo Beach/San Pedro. Do those cities allow Airbnb rentals?

Is the 30 day minimum stay for all of LA county?
No. Just neighborhoods in the city of LA (Venice, MDR, San Pedro etc). Other cities in LA County can have their own rules, as I understand it.
