Potential renter thinks your STR is too expensive?

Got a call from an engineer from India, kind of hard to understand with his accent.  He works for Honeywell doing instrumentation.  So I know he makes at least $40/hour and $120/day per diem.  Told him that a furnished place for just himself is $250/week.  He squeeled and balked.  Said he would be here until December.  He thought it was too expensive.  

What would you tell him?  I'll post up my response tomorrow.  As you all know, I can be pretty blunt and still be humorous.
