Short term rentals (Airbnb) in Saratoga Springs

I'm a real estate investor from Rochester, NY that is interested in STR's (Airbnb) in Saratoga Springs, ie a place we can live for a couple of months and rent out the rest of the year. We would be able to have it available to rent during the summer months as well as much of the spring and winter. So while I have a lot of experience in single and multifamily rentals and flips, I do not have any experience with STR's (although we love to use Airbnb while traveling).

  • Are there property managers that you would recommend that handle STR properties?
  • Realtors that specialize in STR properties?
  • Any local regulations that I should be aware of?
  • Any other information I should be aware of?
