South Dakota Vacation Rentals
Anybody here in South Dakota finding success or problems with their vacation rentals? I know there are some here in Sioux Falls and Rapid City has been having success in areas.
Let me hear you stories and experiences!

@Mark Miles I understand where you are coming from saying you can only invest every dollar once. But solid returns and good investments are found everywhere- even in South Dakota. Vacation Rentals have great success in the right locations and lots of investors, especially locally, tend to not invest in what they do not know (markets they are not familiar with). Home values in South Dakota are still some of the most affordable in the country and Sioux Falls specifically is booming and has been for years and year.
I manage vacation rentals in Arizona that have been wildly successful on all fronts so it is all about location. But the supply and demand- even in South Dakota- is there right now for a vacation rental to be set up for success. South Dakota doesn't have Arizona, California, or Florida level money but the need is there, the location works, and the profits and returns are all there.
Money is moving inland, has been for years, don't sleep on the Midwest or South Dakota!
