Evicting a tenant from an STR

Have you ever had to evict of kick someone out of your STR. I had some psychotic mutts in one of my places that had been there about 9 months. I had just bought that house from the sheriffs delinquent property tax sale and they were the first renters. Their weekly rent paid for the house within the first 9 months. Then they decided to not pay rent. I decided to have their electric and water disconnected in December. I gave them the phone number of another person that had a furnished house a few miles away, and they moved there. They did the same thing to the other person, and left their house uninhabitable. I found out a few months ago that one of the guys got committed to a mental institution and his wife divorced him while he was inside.
