Success with ski leases in South Lake Tahoe?

Thinking of investing in a 3bd/2bth in the South Lake Tahoe area as a second home and would love the option to lease it when we are not using it. I know the Measure T restrictions and potential for future bans in the county rule out the possibility of airbnb, but has anyone here had success with ski-leasing or 31+day leases in Tahoe?
