Nashville Short Term Rental
Can anyone provide guidance on specific condo buildings in Nashville that will allow owner occupied short term rentals? I would also be willing to consider non-owner occupied buildings. I want a place I can go back and forth between for personal use, while also using as a first investment option. Would to hear from anyone in Nashville that has had experience doing this as their first investment and their outcomes.
