AirBnB arbitraging during covid-19

Hey everybody. 

I've done house flips before, with great success and interesting in airbnb arbitraging as a cash flow project.  Just thinking of doing 1 unit to start.  Is anybody doing this and if so, how are your success rates/occupancy rates amongst these times when a lot of the economy is shutterred?
