Just letting you guys know, Gov Wolf is about to ban short term rentals in Pa. Monroe County, Pa (the Poconos) is a huge spot for Ny’ers both owning and coming out this way has made Monroe County a hot spot for Corona. Not sure when this goes into effect, but it’s on the way.

Stay safe everyone!

It needed to happen in MA. We've moved all our MA rentals, both extended stay and STRs, to extended stay for medical professionals. There is a need and STR hosts can help with that need. Our guest room STR has been removed from rental until there is a vaccine in place.
