What do you do when there is a pimp next to your STR?

There was a deteriorating detached shed in the back yard of one of my places.  The city sent me a letter to fix it or remove it.  The guy across the alley had half a dozen vehicles and a few trailers and no place to park them.  He said he'd dismantle the shed and put it in my dumptruck if he could park some of his vehicles in the back yard of that house.  Everything worked great.  Then he bought a house next to one of my other houses, and wanted to park his extra vehicles in my other houses driveway.  No problem.

Then he got chummy with some of my STR refinery contractor tenants that were staying in an apartment complex. One guy was sharing an apartment with his sister, they are both scaffold builders. So the guy with all the cars turns out to be a pimp. He introduced one of his ladies to the guy staying with his sister. The problem is that the sister would tell on the guys wife if he brought the lady over. So my maintenance guy told the scaffold builder guy that they could use one of the vacant furnished houses. I had turned the heat off in there, and there were several times I went in to check on something and the heat was at 70.

The pimp has now moved out into the country, and I don't see him anymore.  They guy scaffold builder is in jail on molestation charges, and I don't see him anymore either.  The sister got 2 other guys to take his place in the apartment.

Let's hear your pimp story.

I could never be a pimp. It would akin to asking a Hollywood celebrity to watch my pile of cocaine.
