Crunching the numbers.
Please remind me of the "typical" percentages expected before investing. (FYI, I'll be posting this in multiple categories, so as to reach all those who may have an answer, but don't feel obligated to reanswer in each category, as I'll be reading each response already):
Fix n' Flip: 30% ROI after all expected expenditures. (This is the only one I remember precisely from what I've read/learned this far)
I.e.: $100,000.00 total expected investment= No less than $130,000.00 ROI.
Fix n' Hold: 10% ROI per year after all expected expenditures?
I.e.: $100,000.00 total expected investment= No less than $10,000.00 per year ROI.

I do much better than 10% on fix and hold, but that is part of buying right.
STRs are very different, many variables like PM? Location? HOA? type of property? Draw to area, how many people property can sleep?
Just to name a few.
