STR Sites for Weekday Bookings

Hello Bigger Pockets fam!  I was curious how you try and fill/occupy your weekdays.  I am currently just on Airbnb and have no issue getting the weekends booked for good rates but I wanted to see if I could maximize the Mon-Thursday bookings.  Any success on websites where you can rent your unit per/hr for events?  I thought peerspace.com looked appealing to fill in the weekday gaps.  Any other websites I should look into?  Thanks!

@Craig Gerulski

Interesting proposition on the Peerspace platform.  I would be curious what other host's experiences are with hourly rate guests and operational nuances (cleanings, supplies, etc.) with that model.

I think your options really are going to depend on what your property offers from a uniqueness standpoint and where exactly it's located.  If you are near a metro area then I would think there is an opportunity for corporate housing or traveling nurse housing.   If you are in the mountains though and only weekend vacationers go to that area then you might be out of luck. I will be following this thread for sure to see what other's have to say though.  ;)

Thanks for posting an interesting question!
