AirBnb starting question
Hey everyone, I am looking to buy a house for short term rental in Oregon and wanted to know if I should start a LLC for it or just buy it without one? I know there is tax benefits with having it under one but can I transfer it over to an LLC after purchasing the home?

Good God, you people make things complicated. I just buy bank foreclosures in my town and turn them in to STRs for refinery contractors. They just need a few things:
A place to drink beer after work.
A place to cook dinner.
A place to do laundry.
A place to take a shower.
A place to sleep.
A place with lots of artwork of semi nude women.
I provide that and a whole lot more. 23 STR's, 83 beds.
