Cabin Rearrangement Inquiry
I know there are quite a few Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg investors on here, so I thought I’d seek your advice here. I have a 2 bed/2 bath cabin with a pool table currently in a small game room. I’m thinking about moving the pool table upstairs to the large king bed loft that I have a bunch of open space in and adding bunk beds to the previously used game room. I could list my property as holding 2 additional people, but my husband is concerned that the pool table in the loft upstairs near the king bed would turn people off. What are your thoughts? Pics for reference.

Hey Reagen! I would definitely move the pool table upstairs and use that little game room as an extra bedroom. A LOT of cabins have open loft bedroom/pool table area combos. A few of mine are configured that way. I don't think the pool table being in the loft is going to bother anyone, and that extra bedroom will definitely make you more money!
