Cabin Rearrangement Inquiry

I know there are quite a few Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg investors on here, so I thought I’d seek your advice here. I have a 2 bed/2 bath cabin with a pool table currently in a small game room. I’m thinking about moving the pool table upstairs to the large king bed loft that I have a bunch of open space in and adding bunk beds to the previously used game room. I could list my property as holding 2 additional people, but my husband is concerned that the pool table in the loft upstairs near the king bed would turn people off. What are your thoughts?
