@Eric P.  Yes, quite a week.  300+ upvotes for the porn filming post.  Lowest mortgage payments in the country.  And I rented out my big house to a group of 9 door-to-door salesmen from DirecTV, $1200/week for a 3 story house that cost $15,900 to purchase.
