Hey There BP , wanted to reach out and see if anyone on this forum has had recent experience with short term rentals around pInellas county . How are owners dealing with city ordinances ! Seems that every municipality has its own . Has anyone had to go in front of special magistrate for violation any ordinances and what everyone’s experience is .
