Southern Maine/Sebago Lakefront Airbnb

Anyone have luck with Airbnb lakefront? My main focus is multifamily, however Id like to buy camp for the family, but also rent it out while we arent enjoying it. I cant seem to find "booking/rental history" on Airbnb for any local rentals, so I dont know what kind of income Id expect from a camp, if I were to make the purchase. The thought of owning lakefront and having it at the very least pay for itself when were not there, sounds perfect...

I manage Vacation Rentals nationwide. We used VRBO 95% and Airbnb 5%. Because of our ratings etc, we are extremely successful in keeping bookings off-season as well as seasonally. As more Americans get used to booking this way, I anticipate that Airbnb will increase as Europe was first on this scene.
