Hi all.

I see that palm springs has a max of 36 rentals per year.

Would anyone mind sharing what is the average amount of nights that people book your rental per stay?

@Nadia O. Cathedral City is phasing out short-term rentals.  Palm Desert has banned the vast majority of short-term rentals, R1 and most other zoning is a no-go.  La Quinta has temporarily stopped accepting new vacation rental applications, and the #1 issue for most of the candidates running for La Quinta City Council is the short-term rental issue.  Indio is considering changing their ordinance regarding music/noise outside at vacation rentals.  There's a lot going on!
