Hi Kevin,

I live in on the Silver Coast Portugal.  Where is the Acores, do you mean the Azores?

I have invested in the States where it’s easy to access information. Portugal is somewhat difficult because other than demographics not much information is publicly available. For instance Comps do not exist. The Portuguese government doesn’t make that information available and most agents don’t really know. That’s what I’ve learnt in the 9 months of living here.
