Hi,

Does anyone know the current situation with AirBNB in Indianapolis?   Believe its fully legal right?  Looking to put some capital to work so if anyone has a broker there who is familiar with airbnb investments, please do pass along.

Appreciated.

Noah

At least a month ago AirBNB was good to go in Indianapolis.  Old duplex, did a huge rehab on it 3/2 each side, converted into 2 condos.  All in at 275, sold for 430, buyer was using for AirBNB.  He was thrilled to get it. Not always seeing those types of returns, but keep having great success and most often it's someone interested in AirBNB who makes retail purchase at the end.
