Looking for Maui Vacation Rental property manager

I'm beginning my search for a vacation rental in Maui. I'm open to most areas, but my primary goal is to optimize net returns. I'm planning on representing myself for the purchase, but I would like to look for a PM first, in order to help identify specific condos and areas. Does anyone know of any great PM's? I'd love to connect with anyone who is self-managing their STR's in Maui, who would be open to picking up another unit to manage.

If you are looking to maximize return, stick to south Kihei, Lahaina, Kaanapali and Honokowai. But make sure you run the numbers. Some look really attractive on face of it until you factor in costs, especially maintenance. In some complexes, that will absolutely crush the deal. Wailea is attractive but really hard to make the numbers work at today's price points.

Really no need to worry about legislation as it pertains to condos and vacation rentals. It is governed by the property zoning and condo bylaws.
