BNB Formula by Brian Page

Anyone here bought this program by Brian Page and find it to be a good course? Seems to be a viable plan but I worry about where you can and can't do STRs and if it's becoming less and less allowed by cities. Can't do it where I am very easily.

Thanks,

Derek

@Derek Hookani I've watched the course and it's very elementary and basic.  You just have to do your due diligence and understand the laws where you plan on doing this.  I'm am in SoCal and the city of Anaheim just decided it's no longer allowed.  I have a colleague who had 13 homes in Anaheim that he was AirBnBing and now he is in a hole that will be tough to get out of.  Needs to make sense as another investment just in case.
