BRRR and Short Term Rentals

Hello everyone! I am doing some speculation currently so I don't have any helpful numbers, but have any of you had experience with doing a BRRR deal and doing STR for the seasoning period? Do banks treat the seasoning period for a traditional rental the same as how they treat the seasoning period for a STR?

Thank you in advance for the help.

We buy bank foreclosures, for 25 cents on the dollar. It takes money to make money. Try to save up so that you can pay cash for your STR house. Here's a tip: You don't necessarily rent to people on vacation. We have around 25 STRs in this town. We rent to contractors. Those guys you see working on those large upright structures of steel at a petrochemical refinery.
