I'm a Realtor and specialize in Airbnb's- been doing it for years and I would love to help in any way I can to get you started in that direction. There are some local ordinances just passed on them so I could send the links for those regulations if you haven't seen them.

This one is free and you'll meet a ton of investors in the area, and they have a great topic every week.

Shawn is a big wholesaler in the area. This one he takes you through a flip property and gives you a rehab estimator sheet, you will estimate how much the rehab will cost and at the end he will walk you through the real numbers. It is so valuable!

Hey Zachary! You’re in a great spot for learning, there’s a really supportive investor community here. Are you part of any of the meetups/ groups around here?
