STR Investment Property Options in Orlando

Hi, I am in the early stages of researching STR options in Orlando. I have found myself gravitating towards Paradise Palms, Windsor Hills and Storey Lake. Would appreciate any thoughts around these communities in terms of how well they do for STR. I know Storey Lake is a newer community and has some great amenities, but also wondering if I would be better looking at a 5 BR Home in a Paradise Palms or Windsor Hills vs a 4 BR townhome in Storey Lake.
