Hi all,

We have a STR in Scottsdale, AZ that is doing great! We're thinking about another one in the Ventura, CA area. Wondering if anyone has STR there, or near by, that might be willing to share their experience. I'd be happy to share what we've learned so far as well! Thanks Bigger Pockets community!
