Looking to start my first vacation rental in Kissimee area and i do see a lot of vacation rentals going up for sell with included furniture. So that sounds kinda scary.. Wanted to know if there's something going on.. I do see that they are building a new resort over windsor area, maybe that might be competition?  Anyways like to know your feed back and connect with you.

Let me know what you find out @Chai Xiong! I constantly analyze properties there because the numbers look amazing almost every time! You just need to be aware of any permitting regulations that might be going on or it's possible there are just a lot of long time investors moving out of the STR market to capitalize on the high property valuations.

I don't invest there simple because it's geographically too far for me to feel comfortable doing so and I personally like to buy STR's where I'm going to visit them at least 3-4 times per year if possible...which I wouldn't be able to pull off from California to Florida.

    Best of luck!
