CBIZ vs Proper STR Insurance?

Hello BP,

I am picking between CBIZ and Proper. The offerings are similar and so is the price point (Proper is slightly cheaper in my case but it is not material) and both are responsive and professional. I am wondering if anyone has had any negative experience with one or the other company while trying to get paid on a claim or have other advice as to why one provider might be better than the other.
