Garden Grove (OC) Airbnb Laws

Hi there Biggerpockets,

Asking for a friend. Does anyone know the laws for Garden Grove regarding "homesharing" Airbnbs?

My understanding is that there are no short term rentals allowed (vacant homes/investment properties), however, most cities as of right now seem to be OK with homesharing.

I've tried to look up any articles to support this for Garden Grove but have come up empty.

Your advice would be appreciated. Thank you
