Vacation Rentals in Hollywood, FL
I'm thinking about turning my SFH into a short-term rental, and I'm curious about what rates everyone is seeing, vacancy rates, seasonality, etc.
From what I can gather 100-250/night during the winter. It's hard for me to tell exactly how booked people are throughout the year...but I know the Canadians love Hollywood and it's always cold there....
Any intel would be great!
Also, I'd love to grab a coffee (or beer!) if you're up for it.
