Hello everyone, I currently have two airbnb set ups here in san jose. I am renting the properties and subletting using airbnb as the platform to cash flow. Just curious if anyone else has done the same? Has been working out great for me, not much vacancy at all. Wanted to know if it's a seasonal thing in terms of vacancy as i have not been doing it for very long. Just wondering what other fellow bay area airbnbers are experiencing

I manage a few units in Sunnyvale and Palo Alto. You will probably find summer the very highest demand (interns drive up demand astronomically) and nov and dec the slowest due to holidays and reduced business travel.
