Nashville Corporate Rental

Since our HOA has a 30 day minimum for rentals, we are thinking of still renting via airbnb but having a 30 day minimum.

I think corporate rentals would be great as well since we're renting monthly and it's furnished and in a great area of town(West End). Is there a better place to list for corporate rentals or should we still just use airbnb/vrbo?

I paid a one time fee of $400 for CHBO. That may have been for a year. I keep hearing people saying they pay a monthly fee or CHBO takes a cut out of their rent which I don't know how that works seeing that they don't have a system in place to create a lease. In my corporate rental I truly only use all the platforms for marketing. I just meet them at my property to show them the rental and put them on a lease if they are interested.
