Minneapolis, MN Airbnb Process Question

Hello! Does anyone operate an airbnb in Minneapolis, MN? If so could you describe the process you went through to establish your Minneapolis property as an airbnb?  Some of the city's requirements seem a bit gray and unhelpful. The property we are looking at making into an airbnb has not been rented before. Thank you!
