Anyone use "Evolve Vacation Rental" for short term rentals?

I'm finding that it's taking a bit more work than I'd like to manage my vacation rental. 

So the folks at evolvevacationrental.com hit me up the other day, via a cold call.  I looked into them - and they seem almost too good to be true. 

Anyone have experience with them?
