Where to owners/managers of vacation rentals find services?

Where do owners and managers of vacation rentals go on-line to find services for their properties? I would like to advertise a service to that market. I am interested in individual owners or small local management companies with 1 to 20 units, not corporations or chains managing hundreds of units. When I contact management companies by email, I get no response because it's just another unsolicited junk email. This is an on-line service that is best seen rather than described over the phone, so calls are not cost effective. Thanks for any help.
