Anyone have experience in vacation rentals in Flagstaff, AZ.  I am interested in this strategy and would like to hear what the market performance is.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.  I was thinking of a 200-300K property and saw on Airbnb that vacation rentals rent all year round.
