Setting up Big Bear Lake rental, look for recommendations

Hi everyone, first post! Looking forward to learning and contributing on this forum. We just got a cabin in Big Bear (lower Moonridge area) that I'll be managing myself through AirBnb. I'm looking for dependable recommendations for:

*Cleaning service (I've heard that some can get really unreliable during the winter months-- have you had a good experience with yours?)

*24 hour emergency contact person - I'm reading through Big Bear Lake city code for transient rental registration and I see that we need a local person to list for emergency contact. Do the cleaning service companies provide this service or what have you done to fulfill this requirement?

*Where do I get those rental signs (property and parking capacity) to post on the outside of the cabin?

Any other advice on special things you've provided to your guests that you feel makes your cabin a great rental, I'd love to hear your advice!

Thank you!
