Do any bigger pockets members have experience with short term rentals in Germantown or Mount Airy? I am considering purchasing a property to live in that comes with an Inlaw suite. How much can one reasonably expect Per night for a one bedroom apartment? And what kind of occupancy levels are reasonable to expect?
