There seems to be a whole lot of management companies in the Florida Panhandle area. I see Panhandle Getaways, Best Beach Getaways, Sterling Resorts, Price Morgan Vacation Rentals, Red Awning, Real Joy, Vacation Management Group and more. But which is best and how do they split? Any insights?
