Airbnb in Arnold CA

Hello All,

My wife and I are planning on purchasing a place in Arnold, CA for a get away from the Bay Area but also plan to list it on Airbnb.  For those of you currently using Airbnb in the Arnold area is there a location more desirable?    Also would you make it a priority to purchase a property with previous rental history? Any insight would be appreciated!
