Vrbo conflict resolution

Does VRBO have a resolution center similar to airbnb? I had a guest check in yesterday who had to leave the place he booked through vrbo and he is asking me for advice on how to get his money back. It was his first stay using a site like this and I have zero experience with vrbo - in any regard it sounds like the place was very bad and I'd like to pass on any advice I may receive here. How does vrbo resolve issues such as this?
