Transitioning property from another property manager
Up to this point I've only managed my personally owned STR's and for new owners/investors. I've been approached to take on 4 properties that have been managed by another property manager and I'm curious if anyone has experience on how to handle existing bookings for upcoming stays. The other PM was charging a rate of 30% and should keep some of those funds for making the booking, but I'll be managing the future guest so I would expect I should get some portion of those funds.
Appreciate your feedback!
